Out of Network Benefits:
Many insurance companies have out of network benefits. You can contact your insurance company to see what your out of network benefits are. I will provide you with a super bill which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement for the cost of sessions.
Cancellation Policy:
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Kindly give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, or a $50 fee will be assessed.
